Art Literacy
Art Literacy is a Beaverton District volunteer-staffed art education program. The program, founded in the early 1980′s by a handful of parents committed to enriching their children’s education, has more than 900 trained volunteers serving 30 elementary schools and 8 middle schools in the district.
At Oak Hills, Art Literacy is supported by our PTO and administered by our school’s generous parents. Volunteers are trained for each lesson they teach by the Art Literacy Coordinators responsible for implementing the program. To volunteer, or for more information, contact the Art Literacy Coordinator.
