Oak Hills Spring Auction May 3rd, 2019

We are pleased to announce that the Oak Hills Track Committee will be hosting their annual auction to support the construction of a new track at Oak Hills. Our auction, “Havana Nights”, will be held on May 3rd, 2019. The auction will bring together the community to celebrate our success, have some fun and raise money.

To support our current goal of $200,000, we need your support in attending and bidding at the auction. With the time, resources and effort of our auction committee, we have compiled a fantastic array of items for the evening.

Tickets for the night of the event include drink tickets, three course dinner, silent/live auction, photos and photobooth. $50/person or $90 for two.

50/50 Raffle: the prize is 50% of the money taken in by the raffle ticket sales. You can purchase one or more tickets, and each ticket purchased equals one entry in the drawing for a winner. $20/ticket

Wine Pull Raffle: $20 per bottle

Donations: If you are unable to attend the event you can always help by donating now.

Parking: You may park for free in the Melody Ballroom assigned parking lot on the corner of 7th and Washington.

We will also be providing LYFT codes for discounted rides.
